At Roomfam, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Please review our policy below to understand the procedures and conditions for returns and refunds.

1. General Return Policy

  • Eligibility: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  • Non Returnable Items: Custom made items or those marked as non returnable at the time of purchase cannot be returned.

2. Return Process

  • Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@roomfam.store with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent). We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that the returned item reaches us.

3. Refund Process

  • Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if the item is returned in a condition different from its original state (e.g., used, damaged).

4. Special Cases

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@roomfam.store with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any return shipping costs.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item (e.g., wrong size or color), please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item and will send you the correct item at no additional cost or issue a refund if preferred.
  • Orders Not Received: If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us at support@roomfam.store. We will investigate the issue and, if necessary, issue a refund or reship the order.
  • Order Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at support@roomfam.store. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation as orders may already be processed or shipped.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
